This duplex was built by me (a Florida state-licensed building contractor) as part of my retirement plan. . . so it was built to be kept by me and built to the highest standards. The front apartment is presently rented for $1395 per month. It has 3 bedrooms, two with large walk-in closets, 2 full bathrooms (bathtub and shower) with windows and nice ceramic wall tile, eat-in kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher, large utility room with washer and dryer connections and a door to the outside. The rear apartment is larger, has 3 bedrooms, has a split plan with the master bedroom and bathroom separated from the other 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (both with bathtub and shower) nice ceramic wall tile and windows in each, eat-in kitchen with upgrade cabinets, stove, fridge, dishwasher, sliding glass doors to patio, 2 of the bedrooms have large walk-in closets, tile floors, large utility room with included washer and dryer and door to the outside, fenced yard with gate. It is presently vacant for new owner.
