I am looking for a male roommate to occupy the master bedroom in a 2bd, 2.5-bath townhome in North Lynnwood. The master bedroom offers a private bathroom with a double sink, a closet, and large window facing west. The common spaces include a kitchen, living space, and dining space. Additionally, the townhouse has a 2-car tandem garage and a small patio. The Master Bedroom will be available starting May 10. The bedroom comes unfurnished. Utilities are split in half on a monthly basis. Long-term lease is preferred but open to short-term lease. A little about me, I am in my twenties and work for an aerospace company in the area. I've been living in this townhome since 2021. I spend most of the week at work and enjoy cooking and hanging out with friends on the weekends.
