Small room is cozy but comes with its own T.V. hanging on wall. It has a small closet with shelf. Double sliding window with front view of the street. No smoking inside. we can sign a 3-6 month lease to begin with incase this is something you want to reconsider staying long term or moving out in the near future. I'm really never home because I'm gone all day from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. sometimes I'm gone for 2-3 days since I'm a truck driver.
