    What's special

LAKEFRONT - This 4 bed, 2.5 bath brick traditional home on over an acre of wooded property has an in-ground swimming pool and is directly on Huntingdon Lake. Enjoy outdoor living and entertaining with the huge deck (renovated in 2003) overlooking the newly resurfaced (2012) pool and stone patio. Steps lead down to a trail through the fenced-in wooded property to the lakefront. The interior of the home has been freshly painted, new hardwood floors installed downstairs and new carpet upstairs. The kitchen cabinets have been resurfaced in a maple, Shaker style (2003) and stainless appliances and Silestone countertops added. The master bath has been resurfaced with tumbled marble tile and nickel-finish faucets and fixtures. There is a walk-out basement and two car garage for plenty of storage or room to expand. Neighborhood Description Northridge Forest features homes built mostly during the late '70's and early '80's. Houses are set on minimum 1-acre lots, many of which are partially or heavily wooded. The neighborhood has three lakes, the largest of about 30 acres in size. Northridge Forest is directly adjacent to the Northridge Road exit off SR400, which allows convenient access to destinations north or south. Northridge Road dead-ends up against the Island Ford unit of the Chattahoochee National Recreation Area (but does not allow car traffic to the park.) Residents of the neighborhood can walk into the park and enjoy hiking, fishing, canoeing and all the activities the park offers. The residents are a mix of young families and long-time homeowners. Homes for sale are rare and usually sell quickly. Homes on the two large lakes are most desirable.

This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
