Looking for someone to take over the last 3 months of a lease in the Presidio. My partner and I are moving to another place closer to work. The apartment is right across the street from a hiking trail, comes with one parking space, has better views of the courtyard out front, gets plenty of sun light and has washer & dryer hookups. We are currently renting our W&D and would be happy to transfer over the lease for them as well. We currently have a deposit down with the Presidio for one month's rent plus pet deposit insurance. We have two large dogs, and the new lease holder will be able to have a max of two dogs as well. (Cats also approved) The deposit to take over the lease will be $2000. We will recoup the pet deposit from the Presidio but the new holder of the lease will just pay us the a portion of our deposit. Once the lease ends, the month's rent deposit will be returned to the current lease holder. Lease will be for 3 months. You can renew at the end of the term. Presidio will bill you for electricity and water. Gas will be handled by PGE, which you will need to put into your name. Internet is handled by Comcast. Parking is included and there are plenty of street spots outside.
