The lot has vegetable patches and a mature fruit orchard: cherries, figs, apples, plums, and walnuts, so gardeners and homesteaders will thrive there. 10 minutes drive to downtown Bellingham, 5 minutes drive to the airport, 8 minute drive to Costco/Fred Meyer, 13 minutes to St. Joe's and 15 minute drive to Western Washington University. Well-behaved pets allowed. The attic is finished but reserved for our personal use. We use it very occasionally when visiting Bellingham from Chicago and are currently only planning a single one week, one person visit in the spring of 2026.
