Garage has tile flooring as it used to be used as a guest house. House is 10 blocks from the beach. Close enough to walk to the bars or beach, but far enough away that you don't get any noise or drunks. This is an 11 month lease. After June 30th, the rent will increase. Legally they can't increase it to more than $3,500 so I would imagine that is what they will do. We can discuss more when you tour the place. Owner pays for gardener and trash. Renters pay for everything else.
