We are selling the house as is. This home was built in 2002. It has an inground swimming pool that was added in 2003. It has an open floor plan with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There's a bonus room upstairs that's about 600 square feet and it has a full bathroom. It has a formal dining room and an office/formal livingroom. It's a split bedroom floor plan. Master bedroom and master bath on one side of the house. 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the other side of the house. Livingroom has French doors that open to the pool. French doors and all windows have 2 inch shades. 3 car garage with small circular driveway. The roof was replaced this year. Zillow and the city originally had this house listed as 3 bedrooms and an unfinished upstairs, but the house has always had 4 bedrooms and the upstairs was finished before our purchase of the house.
