    This is the up North off the grid feel your looking for. The hunting camp is all set up in the front with a singlewide trailer that has a built steel roof over it, an outhouse, a yard, and driveway are ready to go. Owner ran a generator for supplying power in the past. The topography is very diversified and already has the established food plot openings, meadows, and small fields. The plots did not get planted this last season but they are ready to get planted and fired back up. The habitat is excellent for wildlife , especially deer and bear. There are some box stands up that will be included and will stay. Property sold as is. Buyers need to be financially approved before touring. No CD option. The land has a Stewardship excluding the 3 acres up front where trailer and buildings are and plan should or can be renewed as it gives the owner a good tax break. You can take it out of the FSA and full plan and it would take a 4 year span but the benefit of it doesn't effect or limit what most owners would want to do anyhow. Timber harvest you could go with private consultant if your aggressive about harvesting timber some day.
