    Two bedroom, one bathroom double in Northeast Springfield. Washer and dryer hookups provided in utility room. Water and Trash is paid by owner. Tenant pays Gas and Electric. Cats are okay with non-refundable pet deposit and monthly fee (amounts are determined by weight of pet). NO DOGS ALLOWED. Potential tenants must have a monthly income three times larger than the rent amount, be eviction free, and pass our background check. Applicants must provide a completed application, an application fee ($40 in office/$45 online), and proof of income for the previous three months.
