One small pet is allowed, and no aggressive breeds. There will be a $350 non-refundable pet deposit and a $25 pet fee per pet. The landlord will then review the credit & background reports and let us know if they want to proceed with the lease. We will notify you and send you a copy of the lease for you and your tenant to review.
