We are a 15 minute walk to the Starbucks on Broadway and 7 minute walk to the Beekman art district and it's many pubs and shops. This is a pet friendly rental with lots of indoor and outdoor space, a large fenced in yard, plenty of off street parking and a great kitchen with beautiful hardwood countertops. 1 year lease minimum required. Owner pays for water - all other utilities like electricity, gas, cable and garbage collection are the responsibility of the tenant. No cigarette smoking allowed inside the house. Yard care and snow removal are responsibility of the renter but we provide a mower. We allow pets but number and type will be documented in the lease agreement.
