Rent includes all utilities, full use of the main living areas, front porch, back deck and grill, and plenty of semi-finished basement storage. Street parking available. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Room is about 8x14 ft, features large closet, three windows, mountain view, and your own bathroom. Not looking to add other pets (may consider non-mammalian pets).
