This very spacious apartment is in a great, quiet location. Being on the bus route and close to a second bus stop allows for easy access to Amherst center, UMass, and Amherst College. This particular unit has been scent-free, smoke-free, and has had no pets, so if allergies are a concern, this is a great option. Pets are allowed, but there is a pet fee. Move-in and move-out dates are negotiable. Though not included with the apartment, I have air conditioners for sale. Electricity usually runs at about $30 per month.
