It is a very small but quaint home well hidden in the rural area on the property. It needs some work done to it. The house needs to be leveled, it needs a lot of outside work such as several pieces of wood replaced and painting. Inside where there are cracks from the foundation issues, it needs to be sheet rocked and painted in those areas and there needs some minor touching up as well. It is a very lovely home that was given to me from my dad before he passed away. He did most of the frame work on this home.
