Hello! We are two friendly guys looking to rent the third room in our 3 bedroom apartment. We are located in Koreatown, near a few bus/train stations, resturants, cafes, and laundromats. The available room is spacious, with lots of natural lighting, plenty of closet space, hardwood floors, and sliding mirror doors. The room is private, but the bathroom is shared with one other roomate. Please feel free to reach out if you have any other questions. We are on a month-to-month lease, so no need to worry about a longterm lease agreement. All Utilities are under my name so you would just submit them to me at the due time. No pets are allowed in the building and there is a no smoking policy.
