This is a great little beach house. Living area down with full bath and the 2 bedrooms & 1/2 bath up. One of the bedrooms has bunk beds built into the wall. Totally cool! The 2 lots gives you plenty of room to grow. There is a side balcony on the west side of the house providing you with great views of the area. The concrete stained floors have the logo of the Red Fish in the center. There is a small kitchen with a cook top, no oven, or dishwasher, but room to install if so inclined to do so. The stack-able washer/dryer with convey with the house as well the refrigerator. This is a great house for a full time owner or weekend warriors
