My house is located in a very sought-after neighborhood. It is located at the end of a dead end street small quiet subdivision. I was in the process of remodeling the kitchen. I would be willing to leave you all the supplies I have bought to accomplish this project. All interior doors, & closet doors have been replaced. All appliances will be left with the house. The roof was replaced in 7/18, the heat pump and furnace was replaced 3/20, the breaker box was replaced 4/18, all gutters and down spouts were replaced in 8/21and gutter guards installed, the kitchen countertps were replaced 4/22, the kitchen sink and faucet was also replaced. There is a French door Samsung refrigerator, a GE convection oven, and a KitchenAid dishwasher. I have the paint, and wallpaper for the kitchen, flooring, backslash tiles, and crown molding for the kitchen and livingroom. Both exterior doors have been replaced. Had I been able to get all the work done, this house would be so elegant and gorgeous and would easily appreciate the value. The exterior building needs some work. If you frame it in for a garage door, then it will hold one car. It's just a small comfortable house. With good neighbors.
