Great schools: Norman Rockwell Elementary, Redmond Middle School, Redmond High School. It's a well-maintained, safe, and family friendly community. It fits one car with a lot of room for storage. The 2nd level has a large and open living area with living room, kitchen, and dining room. The third level has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Washer and dryer are in the unit. Includes stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, and oven. The rental community includes free maintenance. You will not need to pay a security deposit (unless you have pets) since we already paid it when we moved in almost 5 years ago. The lease would be transferred over into your name through the leasing office. The leasing office just requires that anyone over 18 years old that will be living in the home fill out an application and pay a $45 application fee. I will reimburse you for the application fees if you end up taking over the lease. Pet Policy: $250 non-refundable pet fee and a $250 refundable pet deposit is required per pet plus $25/month rent per pet. 2 pets max. Some breeds restricted.
