The carpet was replaced brand new in 2013 when we moved in, and will be cleaned upon us moving out. The home has an oil burning furnace which was recently serviced in Fall of 2016, and comes with ½ tank of heating fuel to get you started this winter. The bathroom does have full washer and dryer hookups. The home is located inside of Thunderbird Terrace Mobile Home Park, and the lot rent is $300/month, which includes water, sewer, and trash, as well as snow removal from the street in the winter. Tenant is responsible for electricity, cable/internet, and heating fuel. The park does require a background check/application prior to moving in- I believe it’s a non-refundable $35. This home is located within Osnaburg Local School District, and the bus will pick up at the end of the driveway. A few things to mention: 1. the park does not allow large breed dogs, or any aggressive breeds. This is not my rule, and they are very strict. I believe the weight restriction on dogs is 25 pounds. 2. I cannot do a lease to buy, and I cannot personally rent you the property. It is not allowed by the park. 3.
