Downstairs there is a living room with ceiling fan, den, dining room, kitchen, 1/2 bath and laundry w/hookups only. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a ceiling fan, wall in closet and on suite bath room. There are 2 more same size bedrooms, full bathroom with linen closet in the hallway. All curtains are provided and yard services is also provided. Renter must pay ALL utilities. Outside in the back is a patio, garden area and a storage shed, in the front is a nice deck and 2 fruit trees. The yard space is fully fenced in with 2 off street parking spots. NO cats or smoking in the house (owner allergic). 1 small dog is fine with a small pet deposit. Close to PSNS, bus line, schools, and ferry. If this sound like a good fit for you please contact me.
