Renter takes care of the lawn (fertilizing, mowing, etc) and flower beds. The tenants must be non-smokers (includes weed and hookah). Smoking is not permitted in the house or on the property. Illegal drugs are not allowed. Subleasing is not allowed. The house will be professionally cleaned before you move in. Part of your deposit will be held back to pay for professional cleaning when you vacate the property and for any damages. The lease duration is twelve months with an opportunity to extend.
