While not adding to the square footage I have completed extensive remodeling of the interior of the house and added a large deck in back. I have put in 3/4" hardwood floors throughout the main floor with exception of the bathrooms, entryway and utility rooms which are tiled. The master bath and upstairs bath have heated tile floors. There is a completely remodeled staircase with granite and hardwood risers as well as a beautiful new hardwood banister. The kitchen too has had a complete makeover with new upscale appliances (including a new dual oven induction top range). The upstairs bath has been redone to include a large soaker tub and the downstairs master bath has had a new heavy glass enclosure for the shower. An extensive deck covered with a power operated awning has been added in the back of the house along with upgrades to the landscaping. I have also added a ductless heating/cooling system for the upstairs.
