we have enclosed the breezeway with walls and separate entrance and window so it is now a bedroom...remodeled the main bath with large walk in shower/walls/flooring...new laminate flooring throughout kitchen/living room/dining area...we did start some remodeling on the 1/2 bath but not finished. Lots of privacy/far enough off the road for quiet...mature trees...lots of potential but we've stopped work on it as my husband is a disabled vet and it's just too much for me on my own...great insulation and great neighbors/location
