I am an insurance adjuster and I spend a lot of my time out of town or at my other residence in the mountains. The entire upstairs, the back deck and front deck would be your space only. Off street parking for two vehicles in driveway are included. Available starting May 1st but with May being so close I can start lease on June 1st if you prefer. This space will be unfurnished. Showings will start on April 22nd. I am 50 years old, very professional introvert that rarely has visitors and makes little noise. Roughly half the time or more I will be out of town. It will mostly feel like you have the house to yourself. On days that I stay, I have a separate area for parking and will be entering the downstairs unit from the back yard.
