Golf Cart Waiver Must Be Signed By All Guest Over the Age Of 16 With A Valid Drivers License, you must provide your own insurance.
First two visitors passes are included, each additoinal guest regardless of age are required to pay $75 each for guest pass. Any unapporved overnight guest wiill have a $500 a night fee till vacated the property.
No Smoking
We are very strict on smoking, smoking is not permitted on our within the Duval Village. Smoking on or near the golf cart is prohibited. If we are notified of smoking while staying at the property there will be a $750 smoking fee applied, plus any others fees to remove smoke smell and debris.
We do not allow parties or gatherings of any kind, if we are notiifed of this you could be evicted and or have a $1500 fee per gathering/party plus any additional fees for cleanings plus cost of damages.
