The laundry closet is also upstairs in the loft between the 2 bedrooms. There is a garage for your use and a screened patio that faces trees. You will have access to everything but the master bedroom. The rent is $800 monthly with a $600 security deposit (negotiable). I keep a clean, quiet and peaceful environment and I'm easy going, flexible, accommodating, considerate, and respectful of others' privacy. All utilities are included and there is no smoking allowed. Lease terms are negotiable and can be a month-to-month basis or a set 6 or 12 months,
