This is a Cobblestone built home, which I’m pretty sure means it would be worth one million dollars if it was in Beverly Hills. Lucky for you, it's in Auburn, Michigan ;) This home is ideal for the single professional, newlyweds, a couple looking to downsize, or friendly aliens who wish us no harm. Solid, reliable and stylish construction means it won't fall down in your lifetime and your friends will be envious of you because it's yours and not theirs...which is pretty much why we all went to school and got jobs in the first place. The partially finished basement is perfect for a fourth bedroom and large rec room. If you buy this house, I really hope your significant other allows you to put in a full bar in the basement. Maybe I could come over and have a beer with you. It's studded for a full bathroom in the basement as well. We never put one down there, well, because we never had a bar, so what's the point :/ We also did a bunch of cool landscaping with a sprinkler system, and the house is nestled right beside "Lake Retencion." (Okay, sure, some call it a retention pond, but I think you and our Great Blue Heron friend -- we call him Ol' Blue -- would agree it's so much more than that.) We cut out a large bed in the back to accommodate the swing set for the kids. That whole project ended with a hernia surgery for me, so you can keep the damn swing set! Kids will love it or use it for fire wood when you someday install that lovely fire pit which we also never got around to. Well, I guess that's about it. It really is a great house. I'm so glad we had it moved from Beverly Hills to Auburn so that you can create some memories of your own here!
