I have loved this this home. It is very clean, very comfortable, very nice. I have so many wonderful memories here as a single father with my children. My kids and I loved finishing the basement. They designed how they wanted the basement to layout and I built it. The home is well built, very affordable with utility costs, and a cozy place to call home. I know you will enjoy this home as much as I did and continue to do so through ownership. A choice you cannot go wrong with. Owner pays for electricity, water, sewer, garbage. Internet is Google Fiber if renter so chooses.
