The location in Masonville on SH 8 is quite rural even though on a main road with easy access to Sidney, Bainbridge, Oneonta. The school district is the same as Bainbridge. Three nice sized bedrooms and a 4th room that would make an ideal nursery, home office or walk in closet are all on the second floor. On the main floor, there is a huge kitchen with a vaulted ceiling, a deck, good cabinetry and new stainless steel appliances: Stove/Oven, Dishwasher, Refrigerator and a mounted microwave oven. The kitchen has beautiful grey colored hardwood floors and windows on two walls with tons of natural light. The main floor also has a very large formal dining room and a nice sized bathroom with an onsite washer & dryer in the bathroom.
