*SKI LEASE* Hi everyone, we just had our full-time tenant of 10+ years move out this summer, and we thought it would be fun to offer it up as a ski lease this season. We put a bunch of money into and have completely renovated the unit. This includes: all new floors, new heating, new hot water heater, new bathroom fixtures, new closet doors, refinished all the wood, repainted everything, and all new window coverings. Perfect for one, maybe two couples. Here are the basics: Flexible on dates (Dec or Jan start through April/May) Studio unit Garage parking (1 spot) + driveway Garage space for gear storage Unit is part of the detached garage building with private entrance. Exceptional views of Red Dog and KT + sneaker views of Headwall/Tram Face Great access/resort proximity - Sandy Way near Navajo about .7 mile walk to tram (but we park and just take the easy Mountaineer) Kitchen has fridge, micro, 2 burner stove top, and countertop convection oven. Private deck/patio with propane bbq Queen bed with couch, dining table, coffee table. Plenty of room for an additional bed/air mattress, etc. $4k/month with Utilities (water, electric and gig wifi) included (we have snow plow service for the driveway and heated main steps, but ski lease would be responsible for shoveling their walkway and patio). We also have an electric car charger in the garage, but would need to adjust/charge for that if use is desired. We have a laundry room in the main house that we can work out use of, along with a hot tub on our back deck, with great views. About us, your main house neighbors: Ski focused family of four with two boys aged 10 and 7 and a Border Collie. Ideally looking for a couple of friendly and generally laid-back people who really like to ski and want to be close to the resort. Finding the right fit for us will be the most important thing.
