Tenant agrees to fill out a move-in and move-out checklist to document condition of the unit and its furnishings. No smoking within the building nor on the rooftop. Tenant agrees to abide by all building rules (provided after signing or per request of applicant). One domesticated small dog or cat permitted with pre-approval from landlord. Pet may not be of breed pit bull, rottweiler, German shepherd, or any mix with 50% of these breeds. Tenant must sign pet agreement form prior to bringing a pet. For service animals, verification of the tenant's disability-related need for the animal from a doctor or other qualified third-party is required. A tenant is responsible for the behavior of their service animal and any damage that their service animal causes to the property. Valid drivers license and vehicle registration information must be provided for parking spot assignment. Tenant must show proof of renter's insurance policy for the duration of tenancy. No unapproved subletting or guests, building has minimum-length stay requirements for residents.
