Great location. Only blocks to Harvard Square. Plenty of space in this charming 2 bedroom basement unit. Freshly painted with new carpeting throughout, it is in move-in condition. Why so reasonably priced??? There is a steam heat pipe that travels thru the apt that is a bit of a nuisance. More of a visual intrusion than physical. All the amenities of this Cambridge location at half the price of units above grade! Can't live with the pipes.....written estimate of $12k to remove it.
