Exterior Features: This 2 story farm house is in great condition on the outside. All the asphalt shingles and wood siding as intact. It has a single car garage with concrete floors that are a little cracked and a metal roof that may need a sealar. The drive way is asphalt which also has some cracks in it. There are two additional building, a metal shed and a dog house. The dog house is made out of wood to match the house and asphalt shingles.Interior Features:The inside of this house is not in great condition. It has mold on the walls in just about every room. The basement has water stains up to four feet high on the walls and still has some water in it. The house does not have a furnace but it does have a water heater.
