We’ve completely remodeled since we moved in from the floors to the windows, countertop, etc. theres a shed outside for your yard equipment and storage. Each bedroom has its own closet. You will need approval from AL. Burke before moving in. Usually requires a 680 credit score. The people within the community are all very nice and helpful. it’s a great place for your kids to make friends if you have any. The mobile home cannot be moved. Pets are allowed. You have to take care of your own yard. Garbage and water are included in the rent. You will have to pay for electric and propane on top of your lot rent. Lot rent is $485 a month. The place needs a washer and dryer and most of the material needed for any repairs will be supplied already.
