Roommate left before lease was up, actual lease is up at the end of Aug ( 26th), looking to rent out the room for 4 months. You could possibly have the option to take over the rental on a new lease when it is up. The room that you would be taking over has cut out in the closet for more storage and in one of the walls as well.
