Our community is inside one of the best school districts in the nation, District 204! You are also surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. Sublease a beautiful 934 Sq.Ft. 2nd floor (carpeted) "Eagle Creek" apartment that faces West within the main office building at "The Addison of Naperville Apartments". It's a very clean and quiet community. Neighbors are friendly and look out for one another. There's plenty of parking, but we chose to rent a garage for storage purposes. Garage comes with 2 door remote controls and it's located kitty corner to our building. Our lease ends July 31, 2016 and would like to sublease as soon as possible. We've enjoyed living here for about 7 years now and need to move due to job relocation. Once sublease expires, you are welcome to renew the lease directly with the apartment complex. You are not obligated keep the garage if it's not needed at that point. FYI - Vouchers are not accepted by the complex. Tenant is responsible for paying water, electric and trash.
