I'm asking $1500/month due on the first of each month for your own room and own bathroom. all utilities included. there is a laundry room on site (no quarters needed it uses an app)! street parking only if you have a car. available street parking in front of the building or on the two close side streets. the spot next to me is very compact - could offer you covered parking if you had a small bike, motorbike/scooter, or motorcycle. I have a balcony where you can chill outside. shared living room and streaming apps on my tv in the living room are yours to use in the shared space. please send a message if interested!
