Unit comes with AC, heating, a balcony, refrigeration, an oven and stove, a garbage disposal, a dishwasher, linoleum flooring, covered and garage parking, and on-site laundry facilities. Unit also has TONS of natural light and storage. Must be okay living with a gay couple. (These roommates are my friends and some of the coolest people I know)!
