A few years ago the citizens and the city worked together on a master plan for the Pleasant Valley area which is basically to the east of the home. Eventually there will be a city center approximately 2 miles east of home to include all services. We are looking forward to the area blossoming, but our particular pocket will probably always be the park like country setting because of the placement of the main arterials and the creek and park. Very private and enjoyable, but not too far from all the conveniences.
