Large private room for rent in a two story 4 bed/ 1 bath house. Room is currently available to rent. The size of the room is (11'6" x 12') so it is decently sized. The room is located in the downstairs section of house with a spiral staircase to access the lower floor, as well as a private entrance on the backside of house. It is built into a hill. The lower level of house is part underground, so it stays at least 10-15 degrees cooler. The downstairs would also include a living room area that is basically yours to use cuz we rarely use it unless we have company over. So that living room and the pool table room are both still common areas, but we rarely go downstairs other than to do laundry. Realistically you get the entire downstairs of the house. Kind of feels like a 1-bedroom apartment. Not just a room. We already have a dog and a cat that are in the house. Not trying to have more animals but we are still open to the idea if they get along with our pets. The dog NEVER goes downstairs cuz she is scared of them for some reason but our cat roams freely and loves all animals. The bathroom and kitchen will be shared amongst everyone. We will deal with toilet paper being provided and deal with cleaning everything upstairs. Everything is included (Electricity/water/trash/internet/Parking spots/upstairs bathroom being kept clean/etc.) We are set up for a month-to-month type situation but are really wanting to find someone long term. A single person would be ideal (because of the shared bathroom), but we are open to couples if we all vibe together. The rent would be increased if a couple were to move in by $400. If a couple moved in, then you would also get an extra room downstairs that we just use for storage at the moment cuz we do not have a garage. It's more of a walk in closest and extra space to store stuff in. Not a live in room. Not wanting to have kids in the house either as we are both grown adults and its not what we are currently looking for. NOTE: Ignore the random nonsense lying around in pictures. We are still thoroughly cleaning the house and all of the extra stuff lying around will be gone and put away. Rent for the room for a single person is $1400. Rent for the room for a couple is $1800 (Includes spare room.) Pet deposit is $250 (Non-Refundable) (No monthly fees) The deposit for the room is $1400, but we are willing to separate it amongst the first 2 months to help it not be all at once.
