Max occupancy per month is 2 people per room You can have up to 2 guests per night on an air mattress. Each room has: -7' closet -Queen bed -Microwave -Mini fridge -Smart TV w/ Hulu/Disney+/Netflix/Amazon Prime -Dresser -Off-street parking -Floor space for an air mattress -Keyed locking door Month to month lease. Pets are welcome as long as they can handle two German shepherds in the house. Utilities and snow removal are included. It's in the description, but basically $1,500 month to month lease, $500 security deposit. Pets are welcome, we have 2 German Shepherds. Off-street parking with snow removal and utilities included.
