Full bathroom. We are located inside of the Hillsborough community which is beautiful and safe neighborhood. There is a neighbor hood pool on other side of community which we have access to. Some Furniture is optional. No smoking or drug use. Street parking only. Apartment is ideal for a single person or couple. Street parking is free and we allow use if laundry room 1x per week. Owner lives in family home on site. Wallmart shopping center is a 5 minute drive as is Vons Home Goods, and may other stores in area. Transportation via MTS is about a 10 minute walk. All utilities paid. Max 2 tenants in casita No overnight guests exceeding 5 days, unless cleared by property. Additional fee per person will apply.
