This home offers high-speed Wi-Fi and a private pool for the perfect vacation. This spacious house features a main suite with a king-size bed on the first floor. The second floor includes two bedrooms with two twin-size beds each, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, and an additional bedroom with a king-size bed. A full laundry facility is available, and 10 towels are provided. Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available upon request. A pool heater can be added for an additional fee, which requires a 48-hour advance notice. The pool heater can take up to 24 to 48 hours to fully heat the water and will be turned on once payment has been processed. The pool is heated to 86F. For health and safety reasons, the temperature cannot be raised beyond 86F. The pool and spa share the same water temperature. Deliveries incur a small $10 fee. The house is conveniently located near Publix, Disney, Premium Outlets, and Universal Studios. Some areas of Windsor Cay Resort are currently under construction. Vehicles must be registered upon arrival, with a maximum of 4 vehicles permitted per house. Vehicles parked on the incorrect side of the street will be tagged and must be moved within 24 hours, or they will be towed. Guests must be 21 or older to book and provide a valid ID at check-in. A complete guest list with first and last names must be sent by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival to gain resort access. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.
