Both rooms have a closet and the corner bedroom has a storage are for suitcases or anything needed. The kitchen has plenty of space, big counter and two living rooms. One has a couch, and there is space for couch area or a lounge area in the next living room where the white furniture is located. There is a massage table we set there. Big backyard, still working on by the lender, there is a concrete slab for grill and a small area behind for a fire pit, and garage for two cars and 3 spaces in the driveway. We are still working on setting this up. The duration is 12 months and can be extended. No smoking in the property, there is a fee for pets. The utilities wifi, gas, power, water, sewer etc will be paid monthly or accordingly to the services. It will split equally between the tenants.
