The cottage's living area that is for rent is upstairs with its own HVAC system and features hardwood floors and two of the original basins (small sinks); equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher; three roomy bedrooms (two of the larger rooms each have a queen bed, another room has twin beds); two large bathrooms with tub/shower (one of the bathrooms has a tub with shower, while the other bathroom has a spa tub and separate walk-in shower); dining room; living room with large Smart TV and streaming options; and charming screened porch. The air-conditioned laundry room is downstairs at the rear of the covered parking area and there is an outside area for washing off beach items after a day in the sand. One side of the downstairs garage and exterior driveway is reserved for the tenant's use (the covered and uncovered parking areas can accommodate approximately three to four vehicles, depending upon size). The other side of the garage is reserved for the property owner's use (there will be a separate lock for the owner's side of the garage). This property is a minimum 31-day rental.
