Whether you need a place to stay for work, long vacation or while you are waiting to move to a new home (and don't want a long-term lease), this is the perfect location to work and relax. Located on the "beachside" of Butler Avenue, this cottage is within walking distance to the Tybee Market, several restaurants, churches, library, YMCA, school, and more. The cottage's living area that is for rent is upstairs with its own HVAC system and features hardwood floors and two of the original basins (small sinks); equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher; three roomy bedrooms (two of the larger rooms each have a queen bed, another room has twin beds); two large bathrooms with tub/shower (one of the bathrooms has a tub with shower, while the other bathroom has a spa tub and separate walk-in shower); dining room; living room with large Smart TV and streaming options; and charming screened porch. The air-conditioned laundry room is downstairs at the rear of the covered parking area and there is an outside area for washing off beach items after a day in the sand. One side of the downstairs garage and exterior driveway is reserved for the tenant's use (the covered and uncovered parking areas can accommodate approximately three to four vehicles, depending upon size). The other side of the garage is reserved for the property owner's use (there will be a separate lock for the owner's side of the garage). This property is a minimum 31-day rental. If you are considering staying for 60 consecutive days or more, contact the property manager for a possible negotiated rate. The owner and property manager live in Savannah and can quickly address any questions. Unit is fully furnished and can sleep up to six people (kitchen stocked with pots and pans, plates, utensils, etc., cottage includes bed linens and bath towels). Property owner pays utilities (electricity, internet, water), trash collection, and monthly yard maintenance (mowing). This property is a minimum 31-day rental. If you are considering staying for 60 consecutive days or more, contact the property manager for a possible negotiated rate. The owner and property manager live in Savannah and can quickly address any questions. No pets, no smoking. Tenant is responsible for keeping the interior and exterior tidy and must let the property manager know of any maintenance issues in a timely manner.
