Just off kitchen is a large bathroom with new flooring and drywall. Currently it has the indoor composting Separette toilet, which is one of the most advanced and trouble-free composting toilets available. The shower is located outside and uses an On-Demand Propane water heater. Third room is the bedroom with a sliding glass door leading to the side lanai bringing in natural light and beautiful views of the yard.
