Rent includes: Mowing, snow plowing, general building maintenance. Tenant pays: Heat, electric, cable/satellite, phone, trash, water/sewer. Oil heat estimated at $75/month average throughout the year depending upon fuel prices, desired temperature in the unit, etc. Water estimated at $20/month. High speed internet available.
