Hello all, I am looking for someone to takeover my part of the lease. I used to live in this place for about 2 weeks, and then had to move out of state for a job. There are 2 tenants already living in the place, and they are looking for their 3rd roommate. There are 3 floors, shared backyard and a basement with the house next to it. There are 3 private bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living area and kitchen is big. There are off-street and on-street parkings. The total rent is about 2600$, so single person will be paying 867$ per month. Including utilities, expect to pay about 960$-1000$ each month. The pictures are taken from the post which we found the house. It is now fully furnished in all common areas and kitchen. The house is 10 minutes away the UNH campus and 15-20 minute drive to Portsmouth. Responsible for gas, electric, and water.
