The windows were replaced with Gorilla windows, which are specifically designed to strengthen the window surface. They are crack resistant with reduced visibility for privacy. The electric has been upgraded to 200 amps. There is also wiring in the basement that can be used for a jacuzzi. A brand-new water heater was installed in 2017 and Weil McLain gas furnace is approximately 10 years old. There is a French drain on the exterior of the home that flows to a drain in the driveway. All window treatments, rods, and blinds will stay with the home. The home also features lighted security outside, a Ring doorbell, and one GFI outlet on the front west side of the home, as well as one in the back of the home.
